Description: Males are the group least engaged with yoga, despite the power of yoga to improve strength, flexibility, and stress management. This active yoga course will challenge every participant and will lead to a substantially reduced risk of injury in subsequent sports seasons. Together, we will set the culture of the class so you have fun and enjoy your yoga experience.
