The Student Pre-Visit Application is required for students applying to grades 6 – 12. This form provides the Admission Office with information to better accommodate the needs of prospective applicants as they become acquainted with Park School.
This questionnaire should be completed by the student and submitted to the Admission Office at least one week prior to the student’s visit to campus. If you have not yet scheduled the campus visit, please call 410-339-4130 to make an appointment.
Once submitted, please allow 1-2 business days for the checklist item to be updated to complete on the Admission Portal.
