On-Campus Admission Events on Hold

As we are all coping with the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, our on-campus admission event schedule is currently on hold.

Each year, we welcome prospective families to attend one of our admission events and discover the remarkable teaching and learning that is distinctive to a Park education.

This spring, due to the state guidelines surrounding COVID-19, we are unable to host you on campus for our two spring Admission events. However, please know that we will create a way for you to connect "virtually" with our administrative team.

Please register below to indicate your interest in either our Take a First Look event or our Hands-on, Boots-on event, and we will follow up.

Take a first look

Meet Park’s Head of School and Lower, Middle, and Upper School Principals. Take a guided tour of our 100-acre campus and get a glimpse of Park’s educational philosophy in action and a “first look” at our academic settings.

Parent Interviews and Tours

PARENT INTERVIEW

We ask that all parents schedule an interview and a tour with a member of our admission team. If more than one parent or guardian is involved in the life of the applicant, all are encouraged to attend.

You may schedule Parent Visits using the scheduling tools in the Admission Portal or by contacting our office directly at 410-339-4130. Our office hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

TOURS

Tours are an excellent way to gain a comprehensive overview of Grades K–12.

Parents of applicants applying to Kindergarten–Grade 2 can join small group tours on weekdays from 9–10:30 a.m. during the school year. Schedule a tour using the tools in the Admission Portal, or call our office at 410-339-4130.

For parents of applicants applying to Grades 3–12, a tour, including visits to classes, can follow the parent interview.

Student Visits

KINDERGARTENS–GRADE 1

Lower School applicants must submit an application and schedule a parent interview before the student visit. Children spend two hours in a Group Observation Visit on Saturdays. To schedule a visit for Grades K–1, please contact our office at 410-339-4130. Our office hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Group Observations for students applying to the 2020–2021 academic year will take place early winter.

GRADES 2–5

Lower School applicants must submit an application and schedule a parent interview before the student visit. To schedule a visit for Grades 2–5 please contact our office at 410-339-4130. Our office hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

During the school year, visits for students applying to Grades 2–5 typically begin at 8:15 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m. Applicants are placed in classrooms at their current grade level.

Upon arrival, students should come to the Admission Office at 8:15 a.m. We ask that you send your child with a morning snack and a lunch. Students should dress casually and come prepared for a day of active engagement that may include a P.E. class; sneakers should be worn. Visitors are escorted to the Admission office at 2:30 p.m. to meet their parents for pickup.

GRADES 6–12

Middle and Upper School applicants may visit before or after the parent visit.

You may schedule Middle and Upper School Student Visits using the scheduling tools in the Admission Portal or by contacting our office directly at 410-339-4130. Our office hours are Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

During the school year, full-day student visits to the Middle and Upper Schools typically begin at 8:15 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. Visitors are paired with a current Park student in the appropriate division during the academic day to share classroom and co-curricular experiences. Visits also include completing a writing prompt, meeting with students, and interviewing with members of the faculty and/or admission staff. Lunch is provided for each visiting student.

Upon arrival, students should come to the Admission Office at 8:15 a.m. Park will provide all needed supplies for the day. Students should dress casually and be prepared for a day of active engagement. At the end of the visit, students participate in a facilities tour given by an Upper School student. The tour will conclude at 3:30 p.m.
