"Beyond the Box"
November 18, 2020 – 7-8 p.m.
Hear from Park School faculty members who launched the Beyond the Box project this summer. Using research supported by a curricular grant, their work aims at engendering the most inclusive learning environment, in which all students feel heard, known, and deeply valued. Focused on how all students can thrive, Park teachers continually strive to make space for students to embrace the full range of how they identify, as opposed to feeling compelled to fit into specific boxes.

"Using Data for Vision, Policy Setting, and Decision Making During the Pandemic"
A Conversation with Beth Blauer
Executive Director, Johns Hopkins University Centers for Civic Impact
December 8, 2020 – 7-8 p.m
The Park School welcomes Beth Blauer, Executive Director at Johns Hopkins University Centers for Civic Impact and Park parent. Beth will be in conversation with Head of School Dan Paradis to discuss using data for vision, policy setting, and decision making during the pandemic. Beth and her team provide data and data analysis to help administrative bodies and community-centered organizations — including The Park School — determine best practices for their populations.

This event is presented by the Park School Admission Office; please invite friends, colleagues, and neighbors who may be interested in an introduction to the Park community. All are welcome.
