The Park School of Baltimore has an opening for a part-time Lower School Music Teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. The Lower School Music Teacher teaches general music classes in pre-Kindergarten through Grade 2. The ability to work within a diverse student body and knowledge of multicultural education, particularly within the music curriculum, is essential.
In addition to teaching, the Lower School Music Teacher will attend weekly faculty and department meetings, serve on school-wide committees, and share in regularly assigned duties. The Lower School Music Teacher participates fully in the life of Park’s Lower School as well as a coordinated K-12 Arts Department.

Established in 1989, FACA is supported by a $5.9 million endowment; currently, over 40% of all Park faculty participate annually. Grants cover full salary and benefits for group or individual projects selected through a formal review process. Most grants are for four weeks; some are for shorter periods.
