Judith Warner, New York Times' "Domestic Disturbances" columnist and author of Perfect Madness: Motherhood in the Age of Anxiety will speak at Park on Wednesday, May 6 at 7:30 pm. Admission is free.
Her talk, ?Parenthood in the Age of Anxiety,? will look at modern parenthood, how it has been influenced by a century of American culture, economics and politics, and how there needs to be an urgent wake-up call for the future of the American family-- all in the intelligent, frank, and entertaining style you will recognize from reading her column.
Doors open at 6:30 pm. Ms. Warner?s books will be available for purchase. The program is presented by The Park School Parents? Association.
