The Park School Libraries provide access to a collection of over 47,000 books, videos, and other materials.

Our librarians are an extraordinary group. Lower School Librarian Laura Amy Schlitz's book Good Masters! Sweet Ladies!: Voices from a Medieval Village earned The 2008 Newbery Medal for children's literature. All of Laura's books, A Drowned Maiden's Hair, The Hero Schliemann, and her fourth book, The Bear Skinner are available for sale. E-mail Judy Hurdle, or call 410-339-4181 to reserve copies.

The library subscribes to several online research services which are accessible through this site with passwords. NEW this fall, we have subscribed to JSTOR, an archive database of scholarly journals in original format.

The library is proud to be home to the annual Gordon Berman Memorial Lower School Resident Author program which introduces authors and illustrators to our Kindergarten through Fifth Grades.

This year's Resident Author is Newbery Medal winner Jean Craighead George who will visit April 1-3.
